What form of payment can I use at Silver N Gold Wholesale? TOP

You can pay for your jewelry order using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. If you have any special payment needs, feel free to contact Mike (Vice President) directly to discuss further.

How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive? TOP

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include shipping & insurance, and various options are offered.  If you are located close to Silver N Gold Wholesale within New York City, and you'd like to pick up your order, that's one option.  Otherwise, other shipping options include First Class Mail and Priority Mail.  If you are not located in New York City, I personally suggest Priority Mail to ensure the safe & reliable delivery of your jewelry.  Silver N Gold Wholesale is not responsible for jewelry lost in shipping, whether or not insurance is purchased.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of order. Your order is estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days if shipped Priority Mail; 4-7 days if shipped First Class Mail.
You may choose to upgrade to USPS Express Mail; please contact
Mike (Vice President) if you would like to arrange this form of shipment prior to placing your order.
Orders received on Saturdays will be shipped Monday morning; on Sundays, Tuesday morning.  For international shipping, see instructions below.

Will I be charged sales tax? TOP

Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped in New York.

How can I return/exchange merchandise? TOP

Silver N Gold Wholesale will gladly accept returns/exchanges for any purchase in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, when accompanied with its proper documentation, and in its original package. Every purchase with Silver N Gold Wholesale is insured for the full amount of the item(s) in the shipment. If there are any issues with your shipment, contact Mike (Vice President) immediately upon receipt. To process your return/exchange, please send an e-mail to Mike and include a reason for the exchange.

How are Silver N Gold Wholesale jewelry orders packaged? TOP

The jewelry is wrapped within secure bubble wrap packaging to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport. The shipment is also insured. Smaller items, such as earrings, anklets, and accessories will be enveloped in a small gift organza bag prior to secure shipping.  Larger items are either packaged in gift boxes or in the case of necklaces in a keepsake jewelry roll. Attractive gift boxes are available upon request.

What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping? TOP

USPS insures all shipments. Each shipment & customer receives a "tracking number" to ensure the safe delivery/location of your purchase.  If there are any issues with a Silver N Gold Wholesale shipment, contact Mike.

Can you ship internationally? TOP

Yes! All jewelry on this site is available for international shipping via USPS Global Priority Mail.  This type of insurance is fast & inexpensive, but does not include tracking or insurance on your order.  For orders over $75.00, it is recommended that Express Mail be used as this will include tracking and insurance on your valuable merchandise.  The cost of this type of mail can be significantly higher than Priority Mail depending on what country it goes to, however, the peace of mind may be worth it!   

Please note that additional shipping expenses may be required prior to shipping your purchase.  When placing your order, you will be charged the U.S. shipping expense. If necessary, you will receive an e-mail with the additional amount owed.  Shipment will commence when this payment is received.
